In the “Stress Tolerance” module, we will have 7 workshops to maximize quality of life and make it sustainable, so as to act on the cause and not continue looking for palliative solutions.

4) Body intelligence – September 27 (EN) September 30 (IT)
5) Sleep and relax – October 4th (EN) October 7th (IT)
6) Nutrition and purification – October 11 (EN) October 14 (IT)
7) Define your limits – October 18 (EN) October 21 (IT)
The workshops last approximately one hour and are given in English (on Saturdays at 9am) and in Italian (on Tuesdays at 7pm).
