Emotional Reprogramming Workshop
- Duration: 1h30 (single) or 30 min (regular)
- Description: Learn effective techniques to manage stress and reprogram yourself emotionally. This workshop offers practical tools to improve your emotional well-being.
- Content:
- Introduction to emotional reprogramming
- Stress management techniques
- Practical exercises in emotional reprogramming
- They can be practiced in regular 30-minute sessions (1 or 2 times a week). In groups or individually.
Mindfulness Design Workshops
- Duration: 1 hour each
- Description: Mindfulness Design is organized into 5 different modules, with a total of 42 workshops. These workshops are tailor-made to develop essential skills in an uncertain and extremely volatile world. The most important are: analytical thinking and innovation; emotional intelligence; active learning; creativity and initiative; and leadership and social influence.

Vitality and Performance Laboratory
- Duration: 1 hour (1 or 2 times a week)
- Description: Practical and dynamic classes that integrate movement, breathing and techniques to develop mental capacities, with the aim of:
- Improve focus and mental clarity
- Managing stress and optimizing emotional responses
- Improving self-awareness and coordination
- Increase vitality and energy for high performance
- Content:
- Breathing: exploring exercises designed to improve lung capacity, reduce stress and increase oxygenation, with variations to stimulate alertness, relaxation or energy.
- Abdominal retraction: to strengthen the deep muscles and stimulate internal circulation.
- Strength, Flexibility and Movement: aimed at improving body awareness, muscular endurance and range of movement.
- Neuromuscular Relaxation: a technique for learning to completely relax the body and promote emotional reprogramming.
- Concentration and Meditation: essential for achieving mental clarity and stimulating intuition.
- Mindfulness: throughout the practice there is encouragement to connect deeply with the present moment.
- For whom: young adults, aged 16 to 60, who maintain a good aptitude for body movement, without needing to be athletes. The classes are dynamic and intense, but always adaptable for beginners, ensuring a gradual and safe approach. For more experienced practitioners, advanced techniques are integrated over time.
